Initially established in 1987 by owner Don Lambert, Bona Fide Home and Mold Inspections has been serving the Real Estate Industry for close to thirty years. With over 15,000 homes inspected, Bona Fide Home and Mold Inspections is presently recognized as one of the premier Home and Mold Inspection companies in New England offering detailed and comprehensive narrative inspection reports complete with vibrant color photos.

Owner Don Lambert - a graduate of Mount Saint Charles Academy and Rhode Island College - has been involved in various aspects of the Real Estate industry for most of his adult life as a Home and Mold Inspector, Real estate Agent, Real Estate Appraiser, General, Electrical, Plumbing and Asbestos Contractor. Offering the most competitive inspection prices to our clients, we take pride in producing Home and Mold Inspection reports that are easy to understand, meticulously formatted and diligently submitted back to our clients by email within 24 to 48 hours of every completed inspection.
